Return & Exchange Policy
⏱️ Return Period
Products can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that the products are:
📝 How to Initiate a Return/Exchange Request
To initiate the request, please contact our support team via WhatsApp and provide us with:
- Order Number (found in the order confirmation message)
- Reason for return/exchange request (to improve our service)
- Clear photos of the product and outer packaging (when needed)
📋 Return Acceptance Conditions
The following conditions must be met for returns to be accepted:
- The product must be unopened and unused.
- The product must be in the original packaging and in resalable condition.
- The seals (if any) must be intact and not broken.
- All original labels and any accessories/gifts/samples included with the order must be present (if any).
🚚 Cases Where We Accept Exchange/Return at Our Expense
We bear all shipping costs in the following cases:
💔 Damaged or Defective
The product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect.
📦 Shipping Error
A different product arrives than what was ordered.
⏰ Expired
The product arrives expired (if this occurs).
⚡ In these cases, please report within 48 hours of receipt and send clear photos of the product and packaging.
💳 Refund Processing
After receiving the return, inspecting it, and confirming that the conditions are met, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, as follows:
- The refund is made to the same original payment method whenever possible.
- If the payment method does not allow direct refund, we may request alternative information to complete the refund securely.

In cases of return due to change of mind (with conditions met), return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

In cases of our error (damaged/shipping error/expired), Vera365 bears all shipping costs.
